Description
For Halloween, I dressed up my character as Julyan. (I dyed my hair, but I didn't bother Fantasia'ing to Hyur.)
This outfit can also be worn by Dragoon. Note that since the skirt requires Tank or DRG and the boots requires Disciple of War, you can't wear the outfit as a Culinarian. But that's okay, Julyan is secretly a DRK anyway.
