A spooky glam based on one of the oldest thriller villains. The Phantom of the Opera.
You can lower the level requirement to 70 subbing the hand slot to the best mans or butlers gloves. And the weapon to whatever you want at 70 and below. As well as swapping the mask to the sable death mask. I use the less grindy option here which is lvl 80.
