Description
With patch 6.0, the male only High House Justaucorps can now be worn by female characters too -- so I had to make a glam based around it. Also, the top and bottom are a perfect match ... the lace is identical. Also threw in the carnation earring to match flower on the songbird hat. Enjoy!
