Rhotano Blue matches the garments to the Ultima Horns, and the crafted Seiryu Rod gives this caster outfit a very aquatic vibe. Definitely can work for all caster jobs, using the Seiryu weapons in each case. Jewelry is left to your preference; the outfit covers the neck and wrist slots.
While this is technically equippable by both male and female characters, the top's look will change dramatically and it will probably work better with different legs.
