Can be worn by all classes, but intended for Ninja. I got a little tired having my up coming ninja looking like a circus freak.. so I threw something simple together. Had this image in my head for awhile, and its pretty close.. but not as refined as I'd like.
Be seen hanging around the Aetherite plazas, eavesdropping in back alleys and stalking in the shadows. All of this on a budget with nothing more than playing some games at the Gold Saucer.
