A glamour centered around Archfiend set from PVP series level 25 reward. Head piece is optional, you can omit it to make this glamour fits all tank (plus to show your handsome face). Or you can swap with something circlet like (prefer dark color, ex. Facet Circlet of Fending). The wings is the hardest part, it's 500 bicolor voucher, or you can use diabolos wings instead. Finally, you can freeze party member mid air (and their wings would be spread) to take a screenshot.
