Based on the 3rd Stage of Tomoe Gozen (https://fategrandorder.fandom.com/wiki/Tomoe_Gozen). This is more a modern interpretation, as no rainbow skirts or armguards exist in the game. Yes, she is an Archer class with a naginata. There's a guy whose essence is literally "Sword" and who fights with two swords most of the time who is an Archer class servant as well. Go figure.
