Description
For non/female Viera, alt pants I would use are augmented cryptlurkers hose of fending. For alt boots theres a few options, crystarium greaves (boots from SHB MSQ), pummeler boots, or the ravel keeper's thighboots of fending. Another option you could go for is the troian sabatons of fending but the colors dont match very well unless you dye the other pieces. Up to you!
