Description
I thought the Moonward top looked like a magician cape, so I wanted to make a cute glam. SMN uses Tsukuyomi's Moonlit Grimoire, RDM uses Majestic Manderville Degen, and PCT uses Augmented Lunar Envoy's Round Brush (dyed Ruby Red).
