You can get a similar look on Tanks and healers by using their respective tops and bonewicca/manusyan sabatons for the high heeled metal boots,you just need some kind of long sleeved gauntlet (or just something that has gold linings and fits your liking)
If you dont have the cash shop skirt you can use raptorskin skirt for DoW and brand-new/cashmere skirts for healers
