My go to Halloween time outfit. I finally got Matoya's Hat from the encyclopedia purchase I made awhile ago. I just had to use it this season! I also have worn this with the full Witch's set but dyed the boots Abyssal Blue. Actually anything Abyssal Blue will match the Matoya Hat!
