Happy All Saints' Wake! I've been trying to make a female glamour based on The Black Parade for a while.
For males: Royal Seneschal's Coat is PERFECT for this theme. (I wish it was gender unlocked tho)
Bonus: If you have Modern Aesthetics - Clowning Around from last event, use it. all black. it will spice the costume a LOT!
