Description
Did You know that when you have Back day in the gym you should pass on and do biceps, as they belong to the same movement class, which is pull. In that way you feel that tire if for example you went from back to chest (in case Chest is Push movement)
Off Topic (hehe) Try using Soot black on the Demonic Gloves as i find that to work too.
