I added some Dwarven Mythril Ear Cuffs to add a touch of blue in place of the turban's gem, and to add a whisker-y shape to the face! Without them, this outfit can be worn at Level 74.
Hopefully they will offer some more Loporrit-esque gear in the patches to come!
