Description
This adorable outfit is very VERY recommended on Lalafells as I tend to only wear such on Lalafells, but I am too broke to Fantasia for SS. This outfit is VERY cute, much cuter than it looks on pictures. The inspiration came from the boots and top that give off military-style yet school-fit-esque. So since the boots looked like leg-warmers, I decided to make something cute of such with a skirt.
