Description
One evening in the Black Shroud, you chance upon a moonlit minstrel who regails you with lovely lyrics on how to replicate this glam. For my character, I really loved using the Gyr Abanian Plait hairstyle with this look; the intricacy of it complements the flouncy outfit.
(Changing out the bow makes this set useable from level 38 for all classes.)
