Description
This is by no means a diss or a glorification of the actual IRL tribe this inspiration was named after, but instead is me trying to recapture the street urchins in my hometown of Manila.
There's a subset of the homeless demographic here who would board passenger Jeepneys and play passable tunes with their drums, expecting to be compensated by handing along envelopes you're meant to load with some change.
In an attempt to look appealing, they'd often don themselves with extra accoutrements.
