Description
1) There are multiple scarfs/facemasks in game! Hence its possible to have lvl 1 req!
Scarf from achievement cert seller (in gridania) is perfect but cant be dyed and was too bright for my taste.
2) Also since you cannot get appointed jacket before 90 I marked it lvl 90 (plus shoes)
3) For shoes you can use any "fine shoes" like Craftsman's Leather Shoes.
4) Two "Field dressings"/"Bandages" possible that Emily has in art. Pagos Field Dressing or "Void Ark Half gloves"
