Description
Originally made this as a summoner glam, wanted to do something "different". I think this also works well for healer (replace casting top with healing top, it's almost identical) and would be basically the same glam on SCH (with same weapon). The only other Seiryu caster weapon that I felt fit was the RDM weapon.
