I've been really into the 80s TV show Wiseguy lately (plz watch it, it's free on YouTube) which centers a lot around the italian mob, and it rekindled my interest in other mobster media. I needed my catboy to dress for the occasion too, you understand. Grab the Blue Mage umbrella for maximum effect, but works without it too. Also feel free to replace the hat for something non-mogstation but I like the kitty ears on this one.
