Alternatives for the boots: Rebel Boots or the Isle Farmhand Boots dyed either Soot Black, Gunmetal Black or Jet Black.
Alternatives for the trousers: Yorha Type-55 Bottoms of Maiming. Not the same, but these also have thigh straps and I alternate between those and the level 90 trousers a lot.
