After Ishagard reforms, an elite corp of Dragoons was established with the sole mission of keeping in check some of the highest, most prolific members of Ishgard as well as themselves, so that the corruption of Thordan VII and the Heavensward do not return, for this purpose, only the most trusted and strongest members of the Holy See's army are selected for this prestigious, yet secret task, this is the uniform they wear while in battle.
