Description
I wanted to make a blue-based, cool-weather glam that looks like something a traveling Ishgardian would wear. Did I nail it? Who knows, but I'm so fond of the results! This can easily be opened up to healer folks by swapping to the healer equivalent of the Obsolete Android Halfrobe.
