I didn't have an established WAR glamour yet and I am a big fan of the Hellhound Battleaxe, so I decided on an executioner based theme. Coincidentally near the end of it, the name came naturally as I figured out years ago that I liked how well the two words rhymed. Besides DRG, I like taking this into PvP. Blota is a death sentence. >:D
