Description
A glamour to emulate Hope Estheim's younger appearance in the FFXIII series. The hairpin is included as a modest way to capture the yellow of Hope's outfit but is not necessary. While several short-caped tops exist, I personally found the Street Jacket to create the most cohesive package and still be reminiscent of the original look.
