This is a mix of Drops, Craftable items and Tomestone exchanges, and the dye used is craftable in game. The back detail of this dress is stunning, and it is dyable like all the other YoRHa items! This can be a hard one between rare materials and high levels needed for crafting but is overall a super cool look.
