The Arbiter of Ul'dah

The Arbiter to me is a title for the equivalent of a Judge in the Realm of Final Fantasy, I wanted to make my personal take on a Dark Knight that Takes an Oath to serve the Country of Ul'dah and look a way that doesn't ressembles the usual run of the mill Flame Captain, I wanted to make my take on an Ul'dahn citizen that made it in the military life. so here I present to you: The Arbiter of Ul'dah.
