Been wanting to make a blue estoqueur's bilaud glam ever since I saw Kyary Yukino's, and finally got the dyeable artifact gear! One day I'll finish fate farming and get the cute blue ribbon too, but for now it's back to ol' faithful nier hat.
Marked as F only due to the top changing shape on guys, but the gear can technically be worn by anyone.
