all pieces in the glam are technically not gender locked buuuuut the skirt+thigh highs turn into boring pants for male characters :(
this is moooostly wearable from level 80 if u use a different hat (unfortunately the only vierable hat that fits the outfit vibes is level 90 </3) + diff earrings (i just went limbo bc they're white and matched the hat and i have no pink earrings :c )
the valentione emissary's dress boots also work but i preferred the how the non-dress boots looked
