This glamour is a combination of plate with the colors: Black, Red and White as reference for Equilibrium garb (LR:FFXIII), for Paladin of Etro (FFXIII-2) is using several plate/metal glamour parts and using as base body the Guardian corps garb from Lightning (FFXIII)
Also the twinblades since it's High-Tech a reference to cocoon weapons from FFXIII.
