Description
I made this in prep for 7.0, to use with Pictomancer. While I had that in mind, I wanted to return to my roots and use a glam accessible for FT players - but even with that, there are no shortage of options available, so any caster who likes blue can nab this one.
If anybody asks, the sharp object strapped to my boot is a spare paintbrush.
