I've noticed I'm in the habit of re-inventing my tank glam every 10 levels. I wonder if that's a form of me re-inventing the image I want to present as a tank - or if it's a deeper, more personal reason. (It's both.)
If you don't care about showing rings, you can use Rinascita Sabatons of Fending as an alternative glove choice.
I was taking pictures in Elpis for this, but I still find Terncliff to be an absolutely beautiful and tranquil place.
