Avatar Macha inspired look. If using mogstation items, you could do the Versatile Underskirt from the Faerie Tale Princess's Attire - it might work better. I'm not an expert on skirts, though.
The gloves are BLM PvP only, BUT if you don't mind a non-silver secondary color there are other jobs that have similar gloves.
As long as the boots look good to you, it just has to match the skirt red.
