I'm not sure whether I'm uploading this despite winter season approaching or exactly because of that....
Whatever the subconscious reason may be, here you get a very simple summer glam, maybe to explore Tuliyollal with, that can be used for any job at level 8 and higher. I personally use it for my WHM and I think the "Tishtrya" (weapon you can receive from Grenoldt in the Tempest after finishing the level 80 healer role quest) makes a nice match with the outfit.
