Description
I created this for a winter ball event. Because it uses the hempen camise, other races unfortunately won't give the same look, though female miqo'te might look similar. The weapon can be changed to allow for other caster classes. The Panthean Skirt of Healing can be swapped out for healers, however it doesn't quite dye the same, and you may have to play around with different colors to have a satisfying look.
