My nominal Sage glamour as of 7.1. It's meant to bring to mind an ice queen.
If you are not a miqote, you can use similar bottom pieces such as the Snowlinen/Skallic bottoms or the Faire bottoms.
The Ultimate Edenmorn weapon completes the look but is absolutely not required. Any weapon with a similar color scheme can work.
