Description
No rhyme or reason for this outfit; one of my retainers brought back the boots from a venture, thought they were cute, decided to make a glamour with them since I didn't have a cute winter outfit in ANY of my glamour plates.
Hat and leggings can be easily swapped out for something else if you prefer something different or just tights with a pattern, hell you don't even need pants if you think no pants are the best pants, but I wanted to keep it neutral with using more accessible dyes.
