Description
I fell in love with the Neo Kingdom Hat of Casting when I first saw it, and I had to make this.
For other colors, make sure the body is slightly lighter than the hat and to keep the purple dyed items the same color when changed.
The skirt isn't necessary, since it is barely visible, and many thigh length boots would also work.
