Description
Uses the augmented hailstorm gear as a base for this white mage glam. The hailstorm gear is low level and cheap--but quite nice--and you can easily substitute other items than I have used if you want this at a lower level. For example, Bunny chief tights or cotton tights instead of snow linen bottoms which would make this wearable at 60.
