If you are not a Viera, use Baronial Wristwraps with Dye 1 using Metallic Blue and Dye 2 undyed.
As a level 99 or 100 it will be easy to farm the Omega gear with an unsynced group. Your jewelry will be fine as Omicron since they can't be dyed but feel free to go the extra mile and get all Omega.
