Description
This isn't the first time I've done Neo-Ishgardian + Thavnairian, but I think the effect is quite different with the darker colors.
No Cash Shop changes: The Southern Seas and Varsity skirts are ballpark similar to Skirt of Light, just without the slits. Salon Server's Skirt goes great with the Neo-Ishgardian tops — see my related glamour.
