Description
After the twins defeat their Grandfather, residual primal energy seeps into another host, an ancient Alligan test subject.
The partial primal energy meant they didn’t manifest as phoenix, it gave them an insatiable hunger instead. To sustain themselves they fed off Eorzean lifeforms, their body alive without really living.
These facts are kept hidden along with their theorized immortality. The twins keep a close eye on them and help them understand themselves and the new Eorzea.
