Gol D. Roger from One Piece based on the Wano arc's Oden flashbacks!
Had no idea how perfect my character was for this glam...
Use some Dragoon Blue/Hunter Green for the second coat dye and/or Snow White/Pure White for the tricorne's feather for a different look!
Also you don't need the shoes, any old pair of Kobold Brown boots would work!
Same goes for the weapon, but it was the closest I had lying around that looks closest to Roger's cutlass, Ace.
