This was supposed to be an Ivy Valentine set but let's face it, the default outfit ain't happening. Soooooo, in lieu of that, you get something inspired by her 2P outfit from the earlier games, but in blue so the colors clash a lot less. And DRK because iirc it's the only job with any sort of whip weapons going on.
