Relic Arkastral | The Dravanian Hinterlands - The Makers' Quarter / Eulmore
This glamour is based off the character "Rival" from SkyGunner.
SkyGunner is a steampunk combat flight game for the PS2. In July 2002 (I think), an issue of Playstation Magazine included a demo disc with this game on it. It captured my heart; the music specifically I revisited recently, and reaffirms my belief that some PS2 OSTs were way past their time. This character is so cool, I tried my best to capture his look.
