Description
The Fallout TV show is quite enjouable. I wanted to remake one of my favourite character from it; Steph Harper. Played in the show by actress Annabel O'Hagan, this character meets an "unforkunate" situation early on and thus becomes eyepatch vault lady and seriously unhinged.
