You can replace the weapon with another of your choice for other healer classes; the other Exarchic weapons are good choices, as well as the Divine/Sanctifying Light and Sophic weapons.
I am a bit salty that it's not possible to replicate this look on Casters, because the Cryptlurker headgear model is different for magical ranged DPS.
