Please note: the largest set of wings are attained by casting Being Mortal as a BLU! If you're trying to recreate this look, note that they will clip with the fashion accessory wings and the chest piece wings. This look is NOT attained using any mods, and can be attained in-game! The spell requires BLU but the gear can be equipped by any caster DPS! The headpiece is optional; you can swap it for whatever you want, and the rest of the items are Level 1.
