Closest interpretation of "Chando" I could. The top isn't quite the same, especially not in terms of length which the Tailcoat of __ Devotion or the (Loyal) Butler's Jacket have while the Summertide Formal Jacket had the dyeable rose and the bow necktie (although not combined into one unlike the source image, which is unfortunate). Soot Black could be substituted for Jet Black and Royal Blue could be switched out for Storm/Void Blue for a lighter/darker rose & bow (experiment to your liking).
