Here's my take on the cosplay ! I was aiming more towards Mr. Oogies glow-in-the-dark appearance, Can also use Neon Green Dye mixed with Metallic Green Dye, If that's not viable try using Sylph Green Dye for a subtle Green with Burlap look or Gobbiebag Brown Dye for a more Burlap color.
